Payment denotes acceptance of the quote.
Please send Proof of Payment to orders@arestabed.com.
All quotes are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of the quote unless otherwise agreed to in writing by A-Rest-A-Bed.

The manufacturing of your order will commence once the payment has cleared the bank. (It takes 2-3 days when paying from other banks)

Process
• Upon enquiry a Quote will be generated
• Payment made (Proof of Payment) sent to: orders@arestabed.com
• An Invoice shall then be generated and sent to the customer.
• The invoice is converted to a works order
• The Bed is manufactured
• Client is contacted when the bed is ready for dispatch
Delivery
Arrangements for deliveries and charges will be for the customer’s own account.
The goods will be ready for dispatch/collection 8 – 10 working days from the payment clearing the bank or as confirmed in writing with the Customer or on receipt of the proof of payment.
In the event that delivery is required at the customers’ request a separate quote will be generated and once agreed by the customer by receipt of payment, delivery will then be arranged once terms and conditions regarding delivery have been accepted.
International orders will take longer due to distance and import/export procedures and /or delays.
Warranty
A three (3) year warranty on any manufacturing defects (faulty materials or workmanship)on all products supplied by A-Rest-A-Bed
A-Rest-A-Bed (Pty)Ltd only uses the finest quality materials in the manufacture of our products. We are committed to using all the latest materials and expertise to bring the finest quality products to our customers. Every effort is made to bring the greatest sleeping experience to our customers.
The warranty will be invalidated by the following:
• Mattress Protectors not used
• Stains/Marks/Tears and other damages
• Alterations of the goods
• Misuse of the goods
• Bending or incorrect packing, storing and moving of the goods
• Water/fluid damage
• Failing to follow instructions on bed rotation
Stay safe & never smoke cigarettes in bed
Goods Returns Policy
The following terms and conditions apply to returns:
A-Rest-A-Bed (Pty) Ltd is a registered member of Consumer Goods Council (CGCO) (member No. ARE001)
No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days after the goods leave the factory unless covered by our warranty.
• Goods must be in “as good as new” condition
• No stains/marks/Tears/Burns
• No alterations
• Misuse of goods
• Bending or incorrect packing, storing and moving of the goods
• Water Damage
• Failing to follow instructions on bed rotation
Must be accompanied by the original invoice
Must be in its original packaging
Customer to pay the delivery charge which will be refunded once it has been ascertained that the damage was due to a manufacturing fault.
Price Changes
A-Rest-A-Bed (Pty) Ltd, at its sole discretion, may, change these terms and conditions or any part thereof at an
y time, without notice. The prices are dictated by the cost of materials and therefore influence the selling price.
There will be no price changes once payment has been received.
