DESCRIPTION
A-REST-A-BED manufactures and sells beds, bed bases & mattresses.

ON-LINE QUOTATIONS
Once a selection has been made, an automatic quote is generated. Payment denotes acceptance of the quote.
Please send Proof of Payment to orders@arestabed.com.
All quotes are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of the quote unless otherwise agreed to in writing by A-Rest-A-Bed.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Full payment made and Proof of Payment sent to A-Rest-A-Bed to orders@arestabed.com
The manufacturing of your order will commence once the payment has cleared the bank. (This may take 2-3 days when paying from other banks)

Payment may be made via PAYPAL online OR Visa and Master Card credit cards/EFT bank transfer into the A-REST-A-BED bank account.

Please note: Only 3D secure enrolled cards accepted. NO Cheque/Cash payments will be accepted.

PROCESS
I.   Once a selection of a product has been made a Quote will be generated.
II.         An option to pay will allow you to make a payment
III. Proof of payment will be automatically generated
IV.   Even though proof of payment will automatically be set to us, we kindly request, the POP is sent to:
o rders@arestabed.com , as a back-up.
V.   An Automated invoice will be generated and sent to the customer.
VI.   The same invoice is converted to a factory works order
VII.         The materials for your bed is ordered
VIII.         The Bed is manufactured and the Client is contacted when the bed is ready for dispatch

DELIVERY

Arrangements for deliveries and charges will be for the customer’s own account.
Delivery charges are calculated on the distance from the factory.
The goods will be ready for dispatch/collection 8 – 10 working days from the payment clearing the bank or as confirmed in writing with the Customer or on receipt of the proof of payment.
In the event that delivery is required at the customers’ request, a separate quote will be generated and once terms and conditions regarding delivery have been accepted and agreed, by receipt of payment, delivery will then be arranged. In the event delivery has to take place outside of the Metropolitan areas (long distance 150km from Metropolitan areas), delivery can take up to 10 working days.

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

WARRANTY

A-REST-A-BED adheres to the highest quality manufacturing standards. This is why every product sold has a manufacturer's warranty against any defective workmanship or materials for a three (3) year period on all products. A-Rest-A-Bed (Pty) Ltd only uses the finest quality materials in the manufacture of our products. We are committed to using all the latest materials and expertise to manufacture the finest quality products. Every effort is made to bring the greatest sleeping experience to our customers.

The warranty will be invalidated by the following:
• Mattress Protectors not used
• Stains/Marks/Tears and other damages
• Alterations of the goods
• Misuse of the goods
• Bending or incorrect packing, storing and moving of the goods
• Water/fluid damage
• Failing to follow instructions on bed rotation Stay safe & never smoke cigarettes in bed

GOODS RETURNS POLICY

The following terms and conditions apply to returns:

A-Rest-A-Bed (Pty) Ltd is a registered member of Consumer Goods Council (CGCO) (member No. ARE001)
No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days after the goods leave the factory unless covered by our warranty. • Goods must be in “as good as new” condition
• No stains/marks/Tears/Burns
• No alterations
• Misuse of goods
• Bending or incorrect packing, storing and moving of the goods
• Water/fluid/burn Damage
• Failing to follow instructions on bed rotation
• Partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined, or embedded within other products or property.
Must be accompanied by the original invoice
Must be in its original packaging
Customer to pay the delivery charge which will be refunded once it has been ascertained that the damage was due to a manufacturing fault.

PRICE CHANGES

A-Rest-A-Bed (Pty) Ltd, at its sole discretion, may, change these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time, without notice. The prices are dictated by the cost of materials and therefore influence the selling price. Once payment has been received, there will be no price changes thereafter.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE MAY BE COLOUR/PATTERN CHANGES FROM THE IMAGES AS THE SUPPLIER’S MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME

COUNTRY OF DOMICILE

A-Rest-A-Bed is a South African company and is governed by its laws. Therefore, its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, is South Africa, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

PROMOTIONS AND MARKETING

From time-to-time A-REST-A-BED may run promotions and reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate any of these without notice, at any time, and such cancellation or termination shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the cancellation on this site and A-REST-A-BED accepts no liability in favour of any participant or third party, who waives their rights which may arise from such cancellation, suspension or termination and acknowledges that there will be no claim arising from this of any nature whatsoever

DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION

Information may be shared with governmental agencies or other companies assisting in fraud prevention or investigation. This will only occur when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. No information will be for marketing purposes.

Every endeavour will be made to keep all personal and identifiable information secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted online.
